Meet Dr. John Brummer
Dr. Michael Moskowitz is a Licensed Physical Therapist practicing in New York City. He treats outpatient orthopedic conditions both pre/post surgical. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and performed clinical rotations in multiple facilities such as Sub-acute rehab, Acute rehab and multiple outpatient orthopedic sports related clinics. After suffering a torn ACL playing baseball, he required surgery followed by physical therapy. This experience evolved into a passion to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.
He has treated patients with orthopedic injuries such as knee pain, ankle pain, ACL reconstruction and plantar fasciitis. In addition, he also treats patients with Low back pain/ Neck pain, herniated discs, PFPS (patellofemoral Pain syndrome), Meniscus repair, Rotator cuff repair. Michael offers a multitude of services which include Therapeutic exercise, Manual therapy and Neuromuscular re-education which provide balance and stability. Michael stays current on the newest research and techniques and is evidence based in his treatment approach. Michael’s goal is for all his patients to receive comprehensive treatment and therapy resulting in a complete recovery.
