Dr. Jake Arnstein

Dr. Jake Arnstein graduated from San Jose State University with a BAS in Kinesiology. Throughout grade school, he participated in many sports, picking up injuries along the way and requiring him to participate in physical therapy to return to play. This led to an interest in the profession and a pursuit of the education necessary to become a physical therapist himself. As an undergraduate at SJSU, Jake worked as a physical therapy aide in multiple clinics, observing many different therapists and working with hundreds of patients. This led to a passion for physical therapy, which led Jake to apply to postgraduate physical therapy school.

Jake would attend Touro University on Long Island, NY, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Health Science degrees in 2023. Jake would gain experience in orthopedic outpatient clinics, aqua PT, and acute inpatient rehab throughout his education. Jake has experience treating patients with many orthopedic injuries, such as ankle sprains, knee pain, and shoulder instability/pain. Jake also has experience treating back and neck pain, neural pain/symptoms throughout the body, herniated discs, and frozen shoulder. He also has experience treating post-surgical patients through ACL repair, meniscus repair, foot reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, hip replacements, and many more.

Jake offers a wide range of therapeutic services, such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, neuromuscular re-education, gait analysis/training, balance and stability training, exercise prescription, and activity modification. As a transplant from The Bay Area, California, Jake enjoys exploring the city in his free time, trying new foods, exercising, going to concerts, and playing sports. Jake stays up to date on current literature and evidence-based practice readings to provide each patient with a thorough, up-to-date, and holistic quality of care.
