Dr. Douglas Allen

Dr. Douglas Allen is dual board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. Pain management is a sub-specialty of medicine that has evolved over the last 15 years to better treat the specific needs of patients suffering from acute and chronic painful conditions. Dr. Allen received his interventional pain training at Jackson Memorial Hospital / University of Miami’s Department of Anesthesiology. He received his Physiatry training at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.

Dr. Andrew Bazos

Dr. Bazos earned a degree in biochemistry from Harvard University and graduated from Yale Medical School.  Following a surgical internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Dr. Bazos completed his residency training at Columbia-Presbyterian’s New York Orthopedic Hospital, were he co-authored numerous clinical research projects and international presentations.  He completed a fellowship in sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at The Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City in 1993.

Dr. Bazos has been serving as House Physician of Yankee Stadium for seven years, and continues in this capacity at Madison Square Garden.  He is certified by The American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.  In addition to his practice in the New Milford and Danbury area, Dr. Bazos is a member of the Sports Medicine Department at The Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City, where he maintains operating privileges and keeps office hours.

Dr. Bazos specializes in Sports Medicine, arthroscopy, knee and shoulder surgery.
