
Teodora Karaivanova is a licensed acupuncturist (LAc.) and nationally certified herbalist and certified in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She attained her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) and her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York. Teodora completed post-graduate courses in pediatric acupuncture and Shonishin (Japanese techinique). She interned for four years at a busy NY acupuncture practice focusing on women’s health and pain management. She was a Teaching Assistant at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She volunteers in Central America treating underserved populations (Integrative Health Project, IHP volunteer organization)


Simone has been practicing neuromuscular therapy for over 15 years. She is a passionate acupuncturist, dedicated to helping her patients find alignment and ease of mobility, utilizing integrated techniques in the most efficient and effective ways for each individual. Simone strives to create a judgement-free space so that patients feel free to decompress and reconnect with their bodies. As a graduate of Tristate College of Acupuncture and Swedish Institute of Health Sciences, she is well-trained in myology, kinesiology, acupuncture physical medicine (APM), trigger point therapy, electro acupuncture with additional certifications in craniosacral therapy and Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture. On the weekends she enjoys creating fine art, hiking, and hearing live music.

Dr. Shirley Adcock, DACM (Cand.), L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and doctoral candidate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with a strong foundation in integrative and holistic care. She is also a Peruvian-licensed Dentist and incorporates acupuncture within her scope for pain management, anxiety, TMJ disorders, and facial pain.
Dr. Adcock specializes in scalp, ear, and facial acupuncture and treats a wide range of conditions including chronic and acute pain, stress, insomnia, anxiety, women’s health concerns, sports and orthopedic injuries, gastrointestinal and autoimmune conditions, and facial rejuvenation. She also integrates complementary therapies such as electroacupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, and lifestyle guidance.
A certified yoga instructor, Dr. Adcock blends movement and acupuncture to promote balance, relaxation, and long-term healing. She is known for her attentive, patient-centered approach and takes the time to understand each patient’s history, symptoms, and wellness goals.
